You've spent the school year tending to everybody else. This is 31 days of tending to you.

Here's what this calendar is not: another thing to be perfect at. It's not a challenge. It's not a streak you have to protect. If you miss a day, miss a day. If a practice doesn't fit, skip it. The point is not compliance. The point is noticing what you need.

Every practice takes ten minutes or less. Most take under five. Some are physical. Some are just a sentence to say to yourself. A few ask you to listen to a podcast episode on your commute. That's the whole program.

I built this because I spent too many years being the person who tended to the building, the team, the students, the families, the data, the systems, and came home with nothing left for myself. I don't want that for you. I don't want that for me, either. So we practice, together, for a month, and see what stays.
